B.wine is the passion project of Raphael and Christine Burki. It allows them to be all of these things. A boutique winery hiding out in Martinborough, producing wines for the love of nature and the culture of wine.  
As two Swiss born Kiwis, who learned their craft in Switzerland and found their home in New Zealand, they are the hands-on owners of B.wine.

The B.Wine Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir, grown just south of Martinborough.
It has distinctive raspberry red hues lead to aromas of red apple, melon, dark  strawberry and wine-gums. There?s a floral and light expression of mineral adding complexity and charm.
On the palate - crisp an dry with flavours that mirror the nose - plus - grapefruit and some fruit spice. Youthful with a crisp acid squeeze forcing the palate to salivate and absorb the flavours.
