In 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family vineyard and became a grape grower in Rouvres les Vignes in the Cote Des Bar where she makes her wines. Grape grower and oenologist, she is one of the few women in Champagne to have both titles and to have both jobs simultaneously. Nathalie Falmet controls every aspect of her wine-growing from the cultivation of the vine up to the the marketing of her bottles. Her three cuvees are all Pinot Noir dominant with the Val Cornet and Brut Nature both being Blanc de Noirs.
Youthful and vivid with small bubbles; the nose is rather discreet and fine rather youthful with some floral notes, green apple and fresh grapes; the palate is medium bodied with a vivid sparkle, rather young with green fruit, some sweetness and a medium long finish.
