Hot off the docks and sailing in from the West Coast of the Americas comes a righteous new take on a subtle classic, the West Coast Pilsner! Our snappy take on this style uses local and international pilsner malts, whilst is fermented with a new-to-us lager strain created to be used in conjunction with a generous cargo of hops. So a generous cargo we've used: Motueka, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo.

Expect vacational amounts of Island-esque flavours including lime, blueberry musk, spicy citrus wood and a soft white wine breeze, all laced upon an island based crispness. Welcome to Waiheke.
