This holiday brew sees the use of local and international pilsner malts and is fermented with a new lager strain purposely created to be used in conjunction with swathes of delicious hops. So, delicious hops we’ve used! Riwaka, Simcoe and Citra complete this postcard-esque beer. 

Expect a crisp juicy glass of Morning Press, kumquat, and their grapefruity cousins. Sticky pine resin and that ever distinctive Riwakaian aroma of aviation fuel with the ever subtitle signature Island style white wine breeze
