The Haven from Sailor's Home is a single pot still Irish whiskey, made with malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats, which has matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks. Creamy and softly sweet, with a good helping of classic single pot still spiciness sneaking through too.

Aromas of croissants, buttered bread, sultanas and ginger.
Black pepper, nectarine, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon and dry oak on the palate.
Finishing with just a hint of orange peel and honey that lasts.
