So, here it is, our hundredth brew,
We went big with something new,
In honour of things that I hold dear,
Like big red snapper, gurnard, and deer,
We celebrated this momentous day,
By brewing our inaugural BIG RED IPA!

A big background hum of roasted malt complexity and a warm lingering bitterness. Smooth and full bodied with notes of rich raisin, caramel and boozy cherries. Pine, deep and resinous resound with a lingering pop of honey. Notes of spiced toffee and a sherry kiss, all reminiscent of dense, decadent fruit cake and dark crust magic. Made for this frostbitten weather in front of the fire, toes tucked into a pair of woolly socks.
