This week, we're thrilled to unveil the next beer in the Certified Fresh programme, Lupulin Visions, a NZ Bright IPA that?s a true homage to New Zealand hops. This recipe was penned by Pete at the end of harvest after a day in the hop fields at Freestyle farm in Sunrise Valley. It?s a blend of all the hops that had excited the team the most over the hop harvest. Waimea, Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross from Freestyle, and Motueka and Riwaka from the new Nelson Lakes farm in the M?takitaki Valley near Murchison. It?s basically a California IPA on holiday at the New Zealand hop harvest, as bright and crisp as an Autumn day in the Upper Moutere and bursting with sweet passionfruit, juicy tropical mango and papaya fruit salad, zesty grapefruit citrus and a little puff of dank resin.
