Established by Alistair Walker in 2019, the Infrequent Flyers range are an exciting addition to our independent bottling shelves. With over 20 years of experience working at the top end of the whisky industry, Alistair's ability to select and bottle an eclectic range of distilleries and styles has been very well received here in New Zealand.

Founded in 1817 by Captain William Fraser, Royal Brackla received a Royal Warrant in 1835 and was the first distillery in Scotland to obtain this honour. Distilled in 2006, this whisky was matured for 15 years in a single cask, with time spent finishing in a Madeira hogshead. The nose is very fresh and floral, signature distillery character coming through. Waves of fragrant vanilla and freshly baked almond cake. Sticky honeycomb starts the palate, followed by more vanilla, demerara sugar and butterscotch. Poached fruits emerge with a spread of home baked goods which include pecan pie and apple crumble. Finishing off with hot cup of mocha and buttery shortbread.
