Established by Alistair Walker in 2019, the Infrequent Flyers range are an exciting addition to our independent bottling shelves. With over 20 years of experience working at the top end of the whisky industry, Alistair's ability to select and bottle an eclectic range of distilleries and styles has been very well received here in New Zealand.

Glen Spey distillery is one of the four distilleries located in the village of Rothes. They produce a light but oily spirit, a characteristic that?s influenced by their spirit stills purifier pipe, a piece of kit not used by many distilleries. This whisky rested for 15 years and was finished in a Virgin Oak cask. The nose is soft with notes of marzipan, creamy coconut ice cream and sweet balsamic glaze. Rum and raisin fudge explode onto the palate! A creamy mouth feel with lashings of vanilla and soft toffee. Toasted brown sugar notes, cinnamon and cloves carry you through the finish.
