Distilled in Eureka, Holland Road Distillery follows in the footsteps of ancient healers by using natural botanicals and traditional healing spices blended with organic fruits, teas, wines and raw honeys to create intriguing contemporary gins like nothing you have ever tasted before. All of their recipes are methodically steeped, macerated and boiled in a copper pot still, then slowly vapour infused in a single continuous process to create complex, yet well-balanced aromatic London Dry gins.

To maintain the integrity of their recipes, they do not chill filter the gin. This allows essential botanical oils and flavonoids to remain in the distillation, resulting in a more authentic gin, with a rounder mouthfeel and richer aromatic complexity. Because of this purely organic and unprocessed state, you may notice some louching or clouding when you add ice, water, tonic or other liquids to our premium gins. This is completely natural and how gin was traditionally consumed centuries ago.
