Swift Wines are the work of Lauren and Henry Swift. Husband and wife, business partners, drinking buddies and parents of two miniature sausage dogs Florentine and Marceline.
Their winemaking philosophy is simple; mindfully grown and made wines. Minimal interventions, additions, fining and filtering for maximum varietal expression.

Marceline is one of Lauren & Henry's sausage dogs, she is blonde, bubbly, always outgoing and fun! She emulates everything they want you to feel drinking this wine.
An exciting fresh take on Blanc de Blanc made from Chardonnay fruit, a little hazy.
The nose is full of crunchy green apple, brioche buns and minerals. The palate is medium bodied, dry, slightly creamy with punchy citrus, vibrant acidity, with a soft apple note to finish.

No additions, unfined, unfiltered, all delicious!
