Recently described by Decanter Magazine as one of New Zealand’s top wine producers, Greystone vineyard is situated in the Waipara Valley, an hour north of Christchurch. Greystone is 100% certified organic and believes true fine wines are temporal, each vintage a fleeting snapshot of a place in time. Greystone talks proudly about their vineyard and terroir, but the best way to experience it is first-hand.

But since we can't all spend the weekend exploring this amazing winery in the Waipara Hills (although we would highly recommend it when you are down there!!) We thought we would do our best to bring the magic of Greystone to you!
