This time That Boutique-y Gin Company decided to try to make a gin from rather exotic fruit yuzu. Yuzu is a citrus fruit widely used in Asian food industry and as been proved by this release it is also ideal for gin making. We recommend it to all fans of new and interesting citrus notes in their drinks.

The nose begins with composed and measured citrus, sweet Amalfi lemon and tart grapefruit, which blends with vanilla and clean juniper tones. Subtle floral notes add perfume, while zesty blood orange fills the backdrop.

Citrus is also prominent on the palate and becomes sharper. Heady blossom notes of fizzy orange, lemon sorbet and juicy grapefruit blend together in an enjoyably creamy texture. Subtle prickles of spicy juniper and aromatic coriander provide depth.
