Holland road is the passion project of local distiller Terry Rillestone.
He gives us the following description:

"Meticulously hand-crafted using traditional botanicals, this London dry gin features juniper, coriander and angelica with seville orange and grapefruit. Distilled in a copper pot still then delicately vapour infused, this gin is smooth and clean with notes of licorice and cardamon and a fruity hint of apricot."

Best paired with the East Imperial Burma or Old World Tonics, Fever Tree Mediterranean or Elderflower Tonic.
