From the good folks at Garage Project comes a Pohutakawa Rauchbier with Moon Shell Clams. A unique celebration of some of New Zealand’s finest wild food. 

Brewed using hand smoked pōhutukawa malt and finished with foraged kawakawa leaves and an addition of Moon Shell clams to the boil. Rich sweet amber malt, savoury smoke and spicy kawakawa meld with a subtle hint of ocean brine.
