Once a year at harvest time the Baylands Brewing team get to play with freshly picked hop cones, the brewery smells amazing and we always love our first taste of that characteristic fresh hop flavour.

Brewing up one of our signature West Coast IPAs, then smashed with fresh Nelson Sauvin cones along with an eclectic mix of NZ hops to create a massive hop party in your mouth.

This year is the 10th rendition of the fresh hop goodness of WaiFly.
