The ripe dark fruit mixed with green fruit and spice has revealed the typicality of the region, but with concentration that is usually found in a Vacqueyras or Gigondas. Woody on the first sip, along with fresh sage, rose layers of ripe cherry are then developed. The tannins are subtle. What a wine!
