In 1853 Frédéric Boeckel founded the commercial enterprise.At the end of the 19th century a large part of the wines was already bottled -in advance for that time- and exported. Today Jean-Daniel and Thomas Boeckel, continue to produce high quality wines.

Ripe pear and stone fruit with hints of wet earth on the nose. The palate is dry and crisp with citrus and pear notes. Full body with a long finish.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Gris

Terroir: Limestone slopes of Mittelbergheim.

Winemaking: Manual harvest, thermoregulated fermentation. Ageing in 1000L barrel.
