This guided tasting is designed to challenge assumptions, highlight craftsmanship, and reveal just how diverse agave spirits can be.

Across three curated head‑to‑head pairings, we’ll compare the elegance and purity of Fortaleza Tequila with the artisanal character and regional identity of Los Siete Misterios and Gracias a Dios Mezcales. Each round showcases a different production style, allowing you to experience how roasting, fermentation, distillation, and agave varietals shape aroma, texture, and finish.
