Canyon brewers got together for a highly intellectual discussion (read: an excuse to drink beer), and Ollie decided that what the world really needed was a chestnut-packed Amber Ale. And honestly? He was right. It’s roasty, malty, with just the right amount of nutty charm – kind of like the man himself.
