Over at Bach we've been on the hops...and dusted off an old recipe for our trophy winning Limburg Czechmate to brew a classic Bohemian style Pilsner. 

Bohemian Pils malts and Czech Saaz hops combine for a smooth soft maltiness, firm hop bitterness, spicy and floral, with a crisp refreshing finish.  One's not enough.
