The difference between an American Wheat and its  European cousin is that this style is way more clean on the palate, don't expect any banana or clove notes from this wheat style. Its all about being refreshing. We brewed it with the addition of grapefruit aka Citrus Paradisi for that ultimate summer thirst quencher.
