Winemaker Tony Bish is Hawke's Bay's king of Chardonnay, the grape he has specialised with for the past 20 years. His Golden Egg Chardonnay is made from crisp, fresh grapes grown on the Hawke's Bay coast at Te Awanga and fermented in an egg shaped concrete fermentation vat. The shape is designed to maximise the fullness and creamy style of big, soft, smooth Chardonnays.
We think it works a treat and we're pretty sure you'll agree after the first delicious sip.
