Peregrine may be more well known for their Pinot Noir, and Aromatics, but they make some amazing Chardonnay too!
A delicate elegance underpins this finely textured wine which reflects Peregrine's commitment to organic winegrowing on the two sub regions that contribute to their Chardonnay.
Elegant with lovely tension and structure.  White peach and preserved lemon combine with roasted hazelnuts, jasmine and delicate texture.

Delicious now, but will continue to develop for the next 2-4 years

Great with poultry, pork or rich pasta dishes.
