Star Class is a clean and approachable West Coast IPA hopped with US Idaho 7 and Australian Galaxy. This clean and bitter IPA shines with aromas of ripe passionfruit and juicy peach. These modern hops sing with a vibrant tropical flavour atop a biscuity but balanced malt base.

The Star Class is a classic racing keelboat with a simple design that could be constructed at home. Designed in 1910 for use by two crew, it was raced in the Olympics until 2012.
