A traditional Berliner Weisse base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, a unique yeast strain, and a West Scandinavian Kveik. Expect gentle fruit and tropical tartness backed up with a sweet, full, fresh mango pulp finish.
