To celebrate our 12th birthday, we’ve gone back to doing what we do best, and what we love drinking most: light, lean and crushable West Coast IPAs.

With spring and summer drinking in mind, we’ve kept this one at the lower end of the alcohol range for a WCIPA. Built on a pilsner malt base, we’ve layered Simcoe through the boil for a clean, snappy bitterness, then loaded up the whirlpool and dry hop with Mosaic and Krush in various forms for a punch of bright tropical fruit, juicy citrus and a little berry sweetness. A final hit of Columbus Cryo brings some cheeky dankness to round things out, keeping everything nicely balanced and dangerously drinkable.
