Another great beer to refresh ya! Brewed with 80% Pilsner malt / 20% Ale malt to keep things clean and crisp. We went for the danky dank end of things with Mosaic and Nelson in the brew and the big 3 Columbus / Chinook / Centennial in the dry-hop. This IPA had a warm lager ferment and long conditioning for our first official "Cold IPA" release.
