Wildflower ale, spontaneous fermented using only the wild yeast from freshly foraged m?nuka flowers, aged in oak barrels and then blended with a batch of fresh beer ?hopped? with m?nuka tips. The result is a deliciously drinkable dark ale, with a delicately tart citrus, floral, honey flavour and a light, spicy m?nuka twist. Go wild.
