This beer is the brainchild of our head brewer, a Polish native who now calls New Zealand home. It is brewed using a combination of premium malts, offering a robust, medium-bodied, dark beer with a smooth mouthfeel.
Accompanied by a carefully selected blend of Polish Magnum and Czech Saaz hops you can expect a subtle floral and spicy aroma.
Fermented at a cool temperature with a clean neutral lager yeast strain, this beer has a smooth and balanced flavour profile. With notes of caramel, chocolate, dark fruit and toasted bread.
