From Southward - Fresh and clean off the still with a smooth rolling taste opening up to a spicy finish. We sought out special mash filter equipment to use this high percentage of New Zealand Rye to bring out that beautiful sharp sweetness. An early chapter in our story of the Whisky we are creating, but kept young to show where we are now and where we are going. 

60% Rye, 40% Malted Barley

Notes : Smooth, rolling sweetness, soft smokiness. 

Finish: Sharp, slight spice of rye to finish.
