A celebration of our fantastic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. In 2020, they gave a bourbon barrel to their friends at Hunting Lodge Winery for the ageing of their homeblock Sauvignon Blanc. In 2021, They received the barrel back and filled it with new make spirit for full maturation. On the nose, there are the incredibly rich and crisp zesty notes of Sauvignon blanc, combining with the classic citrus notes of Pokeno. On the mouth, there is an explosion of citrus and tropical fruits, accompanied by sweet vanilla beans.
