Crafted using 100% Syrah grapes, this red was wild fermented and aged for 12 months in neutral oak casks. Bottled without fining and filtration, it reveals a beautiful crimson-red colour. A swirl of the glass reveals dark spiced plum aromas. Similar flavours on the palate are framed in an apparently silk structure. Complemented by a bold weight and generous body, these characters eventually culminate in a soul-satisfying finish. Suggested food pairings include Mexican shepherd's pie, grilled lamb and roast beef.
