A slightly sweet sparkling session mead made from multi-flora mānuka honey fermented with fresh pressed ginger in our Ruapehu mountain water. Subtle hints of honey with a ginger spicy after-taste. Tastes like the sweet spot between ginger beer and ginger ale.
