Barlovska Craft Liqueurs are a celebration of time-honoured European tradition blended with fresh Kiwi ingenuity.

Zuzanna Chmielewska (originally from Stalowa Wola in Poland) was inspired to recreate her grandmother's homemade spirits but with a modern NZ twist.   Chmielewska-Barlow was amazed the technique of macerating fruit in alcohol she learned from her grandmother could produce a product that could compete with world-renown brands.

So she and her husband, Chris Barlow (from Lower Hutt) have sought out cherished family recipes and given them a distinctly local flavour, brought to life in their custom-built facility in Wellington.
