By taking all the good stuff Germans do with their lagers and combining it with all the hop expressive techniques the US west coast does with its IPAs, we've got a modern match made in heaven. A crispy malt base and cold fermentation with a modern dry hopping process and a good dose of new world hops - citra and hand selected Riwaka.
