St Hallett’s 2013 vintage commenced on January 29th with the harvesting of Barossa Valley Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, and Shiraz rolling in a week later. Most vineyards ripened a month earlier than normal and much of the vintage was compressed into a very busy February.
