Man O’War Pinque

Named after the small merchant ships that for centuries have plied their trade along the Mediterranean coast, we present Pinque. A Provençal style Rosé produced from the steep, sun drenched coastal hillsides surrounding Cactus Bay. Pale salmon pink in colour the 2016 Pinque exhibits aromas of summer fruits; strawberry, raspberry and watermelon with a very fine juicy palate finishing dry and refreshing. Man O’ War Gravestone Sauvignon Semillon

Taking it’s name from the fluted basalt boulders that solemnly surround Man O War’s volcanic hilltop vineyards, Gravestone is bequeathed upon the finest blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon we are blessed with each vintage. Classic Sémillon characters of chalk dust and fresh herbs with complex fennel bulb characters from the wild Sauvignon. Man O War Exiled Pinot Gris

Named in tribute to Napoleon’s final place of exile where he was banished after his defeat at Waterloo. Exiled is awarded to our most prized Pinot Gris, made exclusively from the St Helena clone grown on their Ponui Island vineyards. The Exiled is stylish and concentrated showing ripe citrus and spice characters complementing the natural sugar and tannin with also a clear mineral clarity across the palate. Passage Rock Chardonnay

2015 was a great year for Chardonnay on Waiheke, and the team at Passage Rock made great use of their Fossil vineyard, boasting some of the oldest Chardonnay vines on the island! Fermented in french oak barriques, using indigineous yeast strains, this wine has lovely aromas of Peaches and cream, fresh straw and cashew with a hint butterscotch and biscuit are supported by a rich full palate with zesty finish. Passage Rock Reserve Chardonnay

Fermented using wild indigenous yeasts in a selection of new and used barrels. Malolactic fermentation adds complexity and depth. Aromas of white florals, mandarin and creamy brulee. Fresh and crisp palate exhibiting nashi pear, caramelized citrus and cashew with a creamy mouthfeel, toasty undertones and a lingering finish. Was $39.99 Now $32.99  

Passage Rock Syrah

4 Stars Winestate Densely coloured with beautifully fragrant bouquet of forest berries and earthy undertones. Ripe Sweet Fruit Flavours with a solid underlay of tannin and rich complexity.
