Sixteen year old Wings of the Eagle celebrates Orkney’s wild and windy island climate. Matured in sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, the resulting whisky is spicy and elegant delivering a combination of flavours, layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagle’s wing. Expect hints of figs, apricot, chocolate, marzipan and nutmeg.
