Trinity Hill was conceptualised over a glass of wine in the late 1980?s by Wine maker John Hancock and Robyn and Robert Wilson in London. In 1993 Trinity Hill was physically created on a stony site in Hawkes Bay Gimblett Gravels.
The 2018 Syrah has a deep and youthful vibrant crimson colour. Wild raspberry, blueberry, cracked pepper and hints of vanilla bean show on the nose. Powerful and balanced ripe tannins give the wine great savoury structure.
