The grapes for this cooler-climate loving variety were sourced from the cooler slopes of the Crownthorpe district of Hawkes Bay, located on the banks of the Ngaruroro River.

This immediately appealing wine was crafted in a fruit-forward style achieved through vinification in stainless steel tanks, along with a slow fermentation initiated with yeast specially selected to bring out the luscious intensity of this aromatic variety. The emerging wine was lightly fined, and progressed through to cold stabilisation, before bottling under screwcap.

This delicious Pinot Gris, crafted from grapes of a superior Hawkes Bay vineyard, is full-bodied and creamy smooth. It displays attractive peach and apricot flavours complemented with subtle honey dew, red apple and ginger notes.  Enjoy with antipasto, chicken or fish dishes.
