Village Vineyards produce small batches of Lo-Fi, minimal intervention wine from their Biogro certified organic vineyard that is nestled on the outskirts of Havelock North at the foot of Rongokako, the Sleeping Giant (Te Mata Peak). 

Syrah Pét-nat farmed organically at 265 Te Mata Road Havelock North. This zero addition wine was foot stomped for 4 days before a gently basket pressing. The Snake Bite elicits punchy aromas of raspberry and rhubarb complimented by textural finesse. Aptly named during the disgorging process, the wines unruly nature brings forth a buzzing and persistent energy. The essence of this wine was captured beautiful in the artwork.
