B.wine is the passion project of Raphael and Christine Burki. It allows them to be all of these things. A boutique winery hiding out in Martinborough, producing wines for the love of nature and the culture of wine.  
As two Swiss born Kiwis, who learned their craft in Switzerland and found their home in New Zealand, they are the hands-on owners of B.wine.

This is typical Te Muna Valley Pinot, done well. Dark cherry and plum with a hint of spice. The portion of whole bunch adds an exciting layer of dried herbs. Tannins are fine and lead into a long finish.
