Bianco Di Gino is a classic from Verdicchio grapes vinified with indigenous yeasts, which carries out malolactic fermentation, without however passing in wood. Its vinification takes place in steel where it rests for 6 months in aging. The vineyards managed in biodynamics have an average age of around 20 years. The first year of production was in fact 1997.

Straw yellow, the nose expresses very clear notes of pear and acacia, floral hints that open to an extraordinarily fresh, balanced, very pleasant taste. A good acidity delineates the trait up to a very clean closure.
