The ?Terre di Breccia? 2018 of Castello di Torre in Pietra comes from 100% Cesanese grapes. It is one of the best known indigenous vines of Lazio, which finds its best expression on the Breccia hill for its clayey soil and southern exposure. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and is followed by 15 months of aging in cement. An elegant and balanced red that combines strength and silkiness.

Bright ruby red to the eye. The nose is inviting and clean, characterized by small red fruits, morello cherry and raspberry, followed by a delicate floral bouquet of rose. In the mouth it enters soft and enveloping with a silky and non-invasive tannin. The structure accompanies the sip with balance to a clean finish and fruity hints of cherries in alcohol.
