Monica di Cagliari Superiore Iselis di Argiolas was born in vineyards located within the Iselis estate, in the Cagliari area of Serdiana.

It is produced entirely with Monica grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration for 10-12 days, in steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ? C. After the malolactic fermentation, carried out in vitrified concrete jars for 10-15 days, the wine ages for 12 months in barrique, followed by a further refinement of 6 months in bottle before being placed on the market.

It has a ruby red color. The nose opens with intense and enveloping aromas of morello cherry and plum, enriched with pleasant notes of vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with hints of red fruit and well balanced spices and sweet tannins that accompany a long and pleasant finish.
