Highland Park 25 Year Old is crafted from less than 20 casks including sherry seasoned European oak casks, combined with first-fill Bourbon casks and refill casks, all hand-selected by master whisky maker Gordon Motion.

Warm vanilla on the nose, with heather honey and citrus peels, then sweet barley, dried herbs and papaya.
Soft dried fruits on the palate, buttery fudge and gingerbread with a very light touch of BBQ char in support.
Finishing with heathery peat smoke and a touch of sea spray.
