Das Juice is a project by James Audas and Tom Sheer, who run Australian natural wine distribution business Lo-Fi together. James, who returned to Australia after working as Head Sommelier at Noma, also runs ARC Wines together with his wife Jess, where he is the winemaker across both of the labels. 

The fruit for Das Juice is sourced exclusively from organic and biodynamic vineyards from South Australia (primarily) and Victoria. The wines are made with no adjustments, fining or filtration and with just a small amount of sulphur at bottling being the only addition (the Pét Nat has no added sulphites).

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and for the first time Cabernet Franc from two organic vineyards in the Vale. All grapes were hand picked and whole bunch carbonic macerated for two weeks before being pressed to tank for a slow natural ferment. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.

A juicy light red with dark blue fruit and featherweight tannin. A modern take on the Cab Sauv blend with lightness and ease. Ideal with a chill.
