Championing the cone of choice here at One Drop - Nelson Sauvin- here we've used Freestyle Early harvest Nelson Sauvin, Sunshine Valley low-temp kilned Nelson, and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief™ extract to capture all that gooey grape and citrus intensity Nelson gives. Also, with the power of beer & friendship, we were able to supercharge this DIPA by utilising a thiol-activate yeast strain in conjunction with an Australian exclusive shipment of thiol-precursor-infused Super Sauvin™, a blend of fresh Nelson Sauvin and Phantasm, direct from NZ.
